Coaching and Mentoring Programs

Dr. Bill Mathis has been a leader in Coaching and Mentoring Executives and Managers who wish to raise the bar and take the initiative in energizing their careers. He believes in establishing on-going professional relationships that ensure continuous learning.

His programs establish bench-marks with an ongoing evaluation of the progress. The process begins with an assessment of the Executive's desire to learn and improve. Action plans are created to include specific objectives, time tables and actions for achievement.

Coaching can take place on a one-on-one basis, either on-site in the beautiful Napa Valley, or over the telephone. The one-on-one coaching program may include an initial day of inspiring and intensive coaching. In the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of Napa Valley, with no interruptions, Dr. Bill's sessions are devoted to improving leadership skills and building confidence. These confidential sessions can also occur anywhere in the country.

Telephone Coaching takes place in a series of two-hour phone sessions. Dr. Bill has expanded the Coaching and Mentoring Program to be delivered to small groups at any location.
