    Police Psychologist - Dr. Mathis is one of the first Police Psychologists in the Country, successful in offering screening, crisis debriefing, fitness for duty, and management assessments for promotions.

    Police Chief Selections / Recruitment - Dr. Mathis participates in full assessments and psychologist evaluations for Police Chief candidates - reporting to City Managers and providing valuable insights into ethical values and character traits.

    Correctional System - Dr. Mathis has been a significant contributor and consultant in working with State Corrections and through the California Corrections System.
